The last couple of days I've been living by the beach, mainly because I've been
into bike riding on the pier! Totally my thing right now.
It's not only beautiful to be surrounded by the breeze, ocean, palm trees, sand,
and people but it's such a great work out.
Yesterday I spent most of my morning/afternoon bike riding as the beach was
more than half empty which made it much easier to ride through the pier!
I get emails/questions a lot about my workout routine; to be honest I really don't have one.
I was doing Zumba for a while, but haven't done it in the last month or so. I do highly recommend
Zumba as an alternative to going to the gym ( I'm so not the gym type of girl)...but for now
I'm doing bike riding and I occasionally go running by the park.
Although, I prefer not working out in the gym, lately I've considered joining to try it out.
Do you guys recommend getting a membership? Thoughts?
