| Absolutely love wearing oversize jackets; it's such a bold statement. This particular one is slouchy and gives you a cacoon shape when you tie the bottom strings! Cute! It's been a super looong weekend and so stressful. I was supposed to fly out to Brazil yesterday (sunday) for a fun collaboration but unfortunately I'm stuck back in LA. I got to the airport to check in my luggage and they asked for my Visa. My first reaction was "Visa??"... " I didn't know I was supposed to have one!". At that point, I'm freaking out because my flight is departing in an hour in a half. The airline lady says "Yes, you need a visa to get into Brazil, I can't let you on the flight!".... "OMG!" is really all I could think. I tried making a few phone calls to see what was the best thing to do.. but unfortunately since it was Sunday, nothing was opened to try and figure out my visa. The waiting around took almost all day yesterday and today.. went to the Brazilian Consulate this morning to try and get it expedited it but, even then it takes too long! Long story short, I'm still in LA and not in beautiful Brazil. The visa takes too long to obtain therefore I won't be flying to Brazil anymore! soooooo bummed!! Devasting! It could have been worse, but still. Hopefully we'll figure something out soon so I can head that way asap! |
