While in Hawaii- all you felt like wearing were your most favorite summer staples ( comfy tees, cut off shorts, pretty dresses and two piece bandeau bathing suits!) .. as I packed my summer staples, I also had to pack bold color pieces... I mean it was only appropriate! So I made sure to throw my fave bold colored pieces into my suitcase because I knew the Maui backdrop would be the perfect complement.
As someone who has always had a tanned skin complexion, I've been more drawn to wearing brighter, bolder, fun colored pieces ever since I can remember! I guess it just made me feel like my skin would stand out against those pretty hues like coral, teal, and neon yellow or chartreuse.
There's always a color like neon yellow/chartreuse that's my go-to color for any pick-me-up-day!
