Looking at these photos makes me miss Coachella and Palm Springs so much..but my mind is totally focusing on the current
paradise I'm in right now: Cabo San Lucas!! (more on that later)

Since the weather was a little hot crazy last weekend, I kept cool and sweet in these light pieces.
The shorts were definitely a big hit among the weather and friends!

ps- I'm a little backed up with emails, work and photos.... so excuse me if you're seeing all these coachella photos!
I haven't finished posting them... Coming up also are some photos from Dallas (which I visited over the weekend) and now
Cabo... so stay tuned for photo overload!

Hi there! I'm back to my regular posting; yay!! Makes me so happy.
for some reason as much as I love traveling, I always end up
having a hard time keeping up with the blog, so excuse if I missed a day or two.
Now that I'm back home from what seemed like forever (first NYC then Dallas and Cabo), I'm finally
sorting through all my photos to give you a sense of what I've been up to through out my travel week..

First stop- NYC. Went for a day for a super fun shoot that I can't wait to share more on later. After a long day of shooting, I headed straight to the airport en route to Dallas. It was my first time in Dallas and I must say; it's a charming city!

I flew out to Dallas to attend the fabulous RewardStyle conference in which we learned valuable information regarding our blogs, building our brand, site analytics and working with brands and other bloggers. It was very inspirational to sit in a room full of creative types who all have one goal in common: doing what we love. So thankful I was able to attend the conference and share Rewardstyle's first conference together... they put together such a beautiful event! My hat goes off to Amber (co-founder of rStyle) and Baxter and all the rS girls for doing one hell of a job!

This was my first look for day 1 of the conference! Enjoy!

Sundays are usually my off-duty days where I tend to stay away from the computer and possibly social media, although that part is always hard to do. My wardrobe attire is usually something really laid-back too only this time I threw on my favorite heels, jumper and fancy earrings to spice things up.

Spent the afternoon with my family as we did some shopping and caught up over amazing food.
Happy Monday!

My current favorite jumper! So effortlessly cool.
Tip: Always wear fancy/chandelier earrings to dress up your tees and jumpers!
These dainty looking heels add the right amount of femininity!

Taking you a couple weeks back (I'm behind on posting photos..) when I was in Dallas attending the rewardStyle conference. A couple of us decided to explore the city a little after the conference was over for the day so we headed to eat at a local favorite Mi Cocina; being Mexican myself, I was quite impressed with the food! It was pretty good!  Earlier in the day, we did some shopping at two malls: NorthPark and The Galleria.

We didn't get to see much of the city since it was a really short trip, but I'm hoping to comeback soon to really explore all of it. I heard the vintage shopping in Dallas is insane.

Now I'm off to work on my fitness.. boxing!

After the rewardStyle conference was over in Dallas, we packed our bags, checked out of our amazing hotel ZaZa
and headed to Cabo San Lucas! I was extremely excited to spend a few days in Cabo because it had been several
years since I last visited. We wined, dined and spent hours by the pool/beach.. we took a boat ride to
Lover's Beach (which was the most amazing time I've had!.. photos to come!), visited a farm and took
cooking classes with their fresh vegetables, fruits and handmade tortillas!

RewardStyle even had customized golf carts with our blog names on the cart for the 5 bloggers so that
we can get around easily! SO CUTE!

It was one of the most refreshing and amazing trips; I loved every second of it! The food, the people, the
weather, the water.. I mean, it was priceless! Cant wait to share more photos!
This blazer fit the scenery quite perfectly!
beachwear is all about having fun, mixing prints and colors! Adding cool pieces like the purple reflective sunglasses adds an element of street-chic!
the blush tone color of these shorts were cute against a white, airy tank! Tip: Add color with your bracelets!

Below is a few favorite photos from when we went shopping!

Found this gorgeous watercolor print dress in a random little store and scored it at $4.99! Talk about bargain!
Shoppin Tip: Don't be turned off by little random shops and assume they won't carry anything you like.. just take a look, and you might just score something unexpectedly! Have fun and try out new shops/stores! You will find something!
(L): Our gorgeous view from the breakfast table! I was totally getting used to all the breathtaking views, can you blame me?
(R): My favorite sunnies for the trip; everything just seemed more fun when I wore them!
(L): Our gorgeous villa had our own butler and chef, so we would always start off with morning fruit!
(R): The different shades of blue were mesmerizing... the waves were pretty intense too!
Since it was "off-season",  the beach was literally (almost) all to ourselves. Pretty sweet!
(L): My go-to drink while in Cabo was Pi na Coladas! Most refreshing drink ever, plus how could I say no to a
 pretty looking pineapple like that?
(R): The boat ride we took to Lover's Beach was indescribable. A few seals approached us and were swimming along with our boat.. we had music blasting loud which only made us get up and start dancing while watching such beautiful view!
(L): Enjoying my view as we headed to Lover's Beach.
(R): Just me and the beach..
(L): This was the most mind blowing place I've experienced in a while. Look how beautiful that is.. seriously, nature is so beautiful.. it put so many things in perspective. We tend to get drowned in stupid, petty things or materialistic things that we forget the bigger, more important picture. Anyway, that moment made me appreciate life and the finer things a lot more.
(R): Girls just wanna have fun!
